“God loves you. Rest in that. You were created with your personality for a reason. There is only one you. The most powerful thing you can do in life is to enjoy who you are, love yourself and love others. By loving others you are loving Jesus”

Any day a week, over a miracle, I’ll take the heavy drunken glory. That is the secret source of success:
1. Get whacked
2. Stay whacked
3. Never go back

John Crowder

ef5:18 And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;

Obedience is not: Doing what God says - by you.

Obedience is: Letting Him do what He says - through you.

Willem De Vink - Genade Op Genade (p.215)

1 pet 1:22 NKJV Seeing you have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit to unfeigned love of the brothers, see that you love one another with a pure heart fervently:

rom1:5 NASB through whom we have received grace and apostleship to bring about the obedience of faith among all the Gentiles for His name’s sake,

joh6:63 NASB It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing; the words that I have spoken to you are spirit and are life.

rom7:6 But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.

gal5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

Whether you feel it or not, you are now one body and one Spirit with Christ. Rest in that reality and you will feel His presence. Faith comes before the feeling. And faith is simply trust.

John Crowder

1 cor 6:17 But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.

2 cor 5:(For we walk by faith, not by sight:)

Walk By The Spirit, Under the Freedom of God’s Grace

rom6:14 NLT Sin is no longer your master, for you no longer live under the requirements of the law. Instead, you live under the freedom of God’s grace.

gal5:1 NLT So Christ has truly set us free. Now make sure that you stay free, and don’t get tied up again in slavery to the law.

gal5:4 NLT For if you are trying to make yourselves right with God by keeping the law, you have been cut off from Christ! You have fallen away from God’s grace.

gal5:16 This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.

rom8:15 NASB For you have not received a spirit of slavery leading to fear again, but you have received a spirit of adoption as sons by which we cry out, “Abba! Father!”

2 cor 3:17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

gal5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

rom7:6 But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.

God is so good He deserves all the praise and our thanksgiving from the heart. Appreciate and thank Him for all the good He does and gave you through Jesus. A thankful heart towards God is powerful. The devil can’t stand it. It’s a heart that aligns with the truth.  It’s God’s will for you in Christ. It aligns with who you are in the Spirit.

1 tes 5:18 in everything give thanks; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

eph5:20 giving thanks always and for everything to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ,

Hope fills my soul, and the love that youʼve shown
Brings refreshing like the rain
Peace floods my heart, Iʼve known nothing apart
Apart from Your goodness God

Chorus
You are Glorious,
You are Holy, Holy
The heavenʼs shout, You are Worthy, Worthy
My soul cries out, You are Holy, Holy
The Nations will shout, You are Worthy, Worthy

Verse 2
Your Love frees my soul, and fear has no hold
For You have broken the chains
Now Joy fills my life, Your Spirit Your Light
Iʼm undone by the Kindness of Christ

Bridge
At the sound of our praise, the heavens will shake and the earth will move

This only would I learn of you, Received you the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?

—gal3:2 AKJV

Holy Spirit

“The wind blows where it wishes and you hear the sound of it, but do not know where it comes from and where it is going; so is everyone who is born of the Spirit.”

“I am like the wind”

act2:2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.

joh3:8 The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit.”

eccl11:5 Just as you do not know the path of the wind and how bones are formed in the womb of the pregnant woman, so you do not know the activity of God who makes all things.

Got the song in my head of colours of the wind (pocahontas).

Let no man despise your youth; but be you an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity[love], in spirit, in faith, in purity.

—1 tim 4:12 AKJV

Remove the cover, there is a well of life within you!

I was with a brother this week and he got a the picture of us having a fountain within us. And as the covers were taken off water was bursting out.

Those covers are any lawful demands we place ourselves under.

gal5:4 Christ is become of NO effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.

You have a fountain of life within (joh4:14) with all the fruits of the Spirit (gal5:22-23) flowing out.

joh7:38 NASB “He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, ‘From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.’”

You don’t need to receive anything more from God (eph1:3)! He already placed His zoe life inside of you (gal2:20)! When Jesus touches you, He is actually lifting off the covers that are placed on the fountain, so that the life inside can come flushing out. It is about pulling down strongholds of wrong thinking and imaginations, so that the life within can start coming out. You don’t need anything more. You just need the eyes of your understanding opened to what you already have (eph1:18). As long as you think you still need to get something, you cannot rest. You will strive to receive it. When you know that the work is finished you can enter into rest. Jesus didn’t do a half-finished job. When He said it’s finished, it is finished! (joh19:30; rev21:6)

You already have everything inside of you that pertains unto life and godliness (2pet 1:3). It is for freedom Christ has set you free. Do not let yourselves be burdened again by any yoke of slavery. (gal5:1) You were called to be free!

Lord, Open the eyes of my understanding to everything I already have in you. And as you reveal your love to me, you reveal yourself (eph3:17-19; 1 joh 4:16). And as I see you I see me as in a mirror, and am changed into the same image from glory to glory (2 cor 3:17-18). Amen.

Holiness is allowing God to change you from the inside out. His Spirit life in you, flowing through your soul and body. Holiness is a fruit, not of your flesh, but of the Spirit. By letting go of your effort of self-improvement and allowing your new nature to shine through.
